I am writing to request clarity and guidance regarding the possibility of Neftaly taking a loan to settle the outstanding amount owed to Trivion Management.
Our proposal is to obtain a loan and commit to repaying the bank R10,000 per month until the credit is fully settled. The purpose of this request is to ensure that Neftaly maintains good standing with Trivion and continues operations without financial strain.
Kindly advise if we are permitted to proceed with this arrangement.
