Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 5 April 2015
On 5 April 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a Technical Skills training session to 12,489 youth in a collaborative initiative with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This milestone event was part of our ongoing commitment to empower young people with practical, market-relevant skills to enhance their employability and personal development.
The training focused on equipping participants with essential technical competencies, fostering problem-solving abilities, and encouraging innovation. By combining Neftaly’s expertise in skills development with NMCF’s strong youth engagement and Comic Relief’s support for transformative projects, the program created a vibrant learning environment for thousands of young people across diverse communities.
This initiative represents a significant step toward bridging the skills gap among youth, enabling them to access meaningful employment opportunities and contribute positively to their communities. The overwhelming participation of 12,489 youth underscores the demand for accessible, high-quality technical skills training and the impact of collaborative partnerships in driving youth empowerment.
