Neftaly Technical Skills Training: Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future
On 14 April 2015, Neftaly proudly conducted a comprehensive Technical Skills Training program, reaching 12,489 young people across South Africa. This impactful initiative was implemented in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, reflecting a shared commitment to youth empowerment and skills development.
The training aimed to equip young participants with practical technical skills that enhance employability, promote entrepreneurship, and foster innovation. By providing hands-on learning experiences in areas such as information technology, digital literacy, and vocational skills, Neftaly ensured that youth were not only gaining knowledge but also building confidence to thrive in a competitive job market.
This initiative underscores the power of collaboration between nonprofit organizations, funders, and training providers, demonstrating how strategic partnerships can create meaningful opportunities for young people to develop essential skills, explore career paths, and contribute positively to their communities.
Neftaly remains committed to supporting the growth and development of youth, ensuring that every young person has access to the tools and opportunities needed to unlock their full potential.
