Neftaly Technical Skills Training: Empowering Youth in Partnership with NMCF and Comic Relief
On 21 April 2015, Neftaly successfully provided Technical Skills training to 12,489 youth, in a remarkable initiative aimed at equipping young people with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship. This impactful program was delivered in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, reflecting a shared commitment to youth empowerment and social development.
The training covered a range of technical competencies, designed to enhance participants’ employability and entrepreneurial potential. Topics included:
- Digital literacy and basic IT skills
- Practical vocational skills tailored to local industry needs
- Entrepreneurial skills to support self-employment opportunities
- Career guidance and mentorship to inspire confidence and ambition
