Neftaly Provides Technical Skills Training to 12,489 Youth in Partnership with NMCF and Comic Relief

On 26 March 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a comprehensive technical skills program to 12,489 young people across South Africa, in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This initiative formed part of a larger effort to empower youth with practical, in-demand skills that enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities.
The training covered a broad spectrum of technical competencies, including digital literacy, ICT skills, basic coding, and practical vocational training. Participants also received guidance on career development, problem-solving, and creative thinking, ensuring they were equipped with both the technical and soft skills needed for success in the modern workforce.
The partnership with NMCF and Comic Relief enabled Neftaly to reach underserved communities and deliver training on a scale that positively impacts thousands of young people.
