Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 4 April 2015
On 4 April 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a comprehensive Technical Skills Training to 12,489 youth, in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This initiative was part of a broader commitment to empower young people with practical skills that enhance employability, foster innovation, and build confidence.
The training covered a range of technical and vocational competencies, designed to equip participants with knowledge and hands-on experience relevant to today’s dynamic job market. By integrating practical workshops, interactive sessions, and mentorship, Neftaly ensured that youth not only acquired technical skills but also developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
The partnership with NMCF and Comic Relief was instrumental in reaching thousands of young people across various communities, demonstrating a shared commitment to youth development and social upliftment.
