Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 27 April 2015
On 27 April 2015, Neftaly proudly delivered a comprehensive Technical Skills training to 12,489 youth in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This initiative was part of our ongoing commitment to empower young people with the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce.
The training focused on equipping participants with industry-relevant technical competencies, ranging from digital literacy, problem-solving, and software proficiency to entrepreneurship and career readiness skills. Through hands-on learning and interactive workshops, the youth gained practical experience designed to enhance employability and encourage innovation.
This initiative underscores Neftaly’s dedication to creating opportunities for youth development, fostering self-reliance, and supporting broader efforts by NMCF and Comic Relief to invest in the future of South Africa’s young generation.
Together, we celebrated not only the acquisition of technical skills but also the spirit of empowerment, collaboration, and social impact that drives our shared mission to uplift youth across the country.
