On 3 July 2016, Neftaly successfully implemented a transformative project aimed at empowering 3010 young people across various communities. This initiative was carried out in partnership with CATHSETA, the sector education and training authority responsible for the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality industries.
The project focused on equipping youth with the essential skills, knowledge, and resources required to thrive in the creative and hospitality sectors. Through structured training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, participants gained practical insights into career opportunities, personal development, and sector-specific competencies.
