This initiative was carried out in strategic partnership with the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA), demonstrating a strong commitment to empowering South Africa’s youth.
The project was designed to provide practical skills, mentorship, and exposure to career opportunities within the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality sectors. Participants engaged in structured programs that aimed to enhance their employability, entrepreneurial skills, and personal development.
By combining Neftaly’s expertise in youth empowerment with CATHSSETA’s sector-specific insights, the project facilitated:

- Career exposure: Offering guidance and insights into career pathways in arts, culture, tourism, and hospitality.
- Entrepreneurial development: Encouraging innovation and self-employment opportunities among young participants.
- Networking opportunities: Connecting youth with industry professionals for mentorship and guidance.
The initiative marked a significant milestone in advancing youth empowerment and skills development, contributing to the broader national agenda of creating opportunities for young South Africans in high-growth sectors.
Through this collaborative effort, Neftaly and CATHSSETA reinforced their commitment to nurturing a generation of skilled, confident, and employable youth, ready to contribute meaningfully to the economy and society.
