Neftaly Club Meetings Engage 10,582 Youth in Partnership with NMCF and Comic Relief
On 22 May 2015, Neftaly successfully hosted its Club Meetings, reaching 10,582 young people across the country. The event, held in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, provided a dynamic platform for youth engagement, empowerment, and leadership development.
The Club Meetings aimed to inspire young people to actively participate in their communities, develop critical life skills, and explore opportunities for social impact. Through interactive sessions, motivational talks, and skill-building activities, participants were encouraged to voice their ideas, collaborate on projects, and build networks with peers who share a vision for positive change.
The partnership with the NMCF and Comic Relief ensured that the meetings not only entertained but also educated and empowered youth to become change-makers in their communities. Feedback from attendees highlighted the practical tools, mentorship, and encouragement they received as pivotal in shaping their personal and social development.
These Club Meetings are a testament to Neftaly’s commitment to youth development and its mission to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in all aspects of life.
