Project Implementation Overview – 21 June 2016
On 21 June 2016, Neftaly successfully implemented a transformative project aimed at empowering 3010 youth across South Africa, in strategic partnership with the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA). This initiative reflects a strong commitment to skills development, career readiness, and personal growth within the creative, cultural, and hospitality sectors.
The project focused on providing young people with access to practical training, mentorship, and resources that enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities in line with industry needs. Through interactive workshops, skills development sessions, and exposure to real-world industry practices, participants gained valuable insights into careers within culture, arts, travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
Key outcomes of the project included:
