On 7 July 2016, Neftaly successfully implemented a youth development initiative in partnership with CATHSSETA. This initiative was designed to enhance employability, entrepreneurial capacity, and sector-specific knowledge among South African youth.

Objectives:

• To equip youth with the necessary skills for meaningful participation in the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality sectors.
• To provide career guidance, mentorship, and training resources to support sustainable employment or entrepreneurship.
• To strengthen youth engagement through experiential learning and exposure to industry practices.
