On 30 January 2015, Neftaly proudly hosted School Market Days, an engaging and transformative event that reached 25,856 youth across schools. This initiative was designed to inspire innovation, entrepreneurship, and community engagement among young people, giving them a platform to showcase creativity, develop business skills, and learn about financial literacy in a fun, interactive environment.
The program was made possible through the valued partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, whose support ensured that thousands of learners could participate in activities that nurture leadership, teamwork, and social responsibility.
Through School Market Days, youth had the opportunity to:
- Gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship by running mini-businesses.
- Learn practical lessons about money management, budgeting, and saving.
