    2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

    • This Agreement establishes a partnership between Neftaly and Nguwe Wedwa Kwathoyane Youth Centre to collaborate on [Project Name] aimed at Skills Development & Economic Empowerment, Education & Literacy, Arts, Culture & Talent Development, Wellness & Leadership
    • The partnership will focus on training, mentorship, infrastructure development, social support, advocacy and policy advocacy
    • The parties agree to work together to mobilize resources, implement activities, and measure impact.

    3. SCOPE OF COLLABORATION

    Neftaly and Nguwe Wedwa Kwathoyane Youth Centre agree to:

    1. Project Design & Implementation – Define project goals, scope, and timelines.
    2. Community Engagement & Participation – Mobilize beneficiaries and stakeholders.
    3. Resource Allocation & Fundraising – Secure funding, materials, and manpower.
    4. Monitoring & Evaluation – Measure project success and social impact.
    5. Public Awareness & Advocacy – Promote the project through media and community channels.

    4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SayPro

    Neftaly agrees to:

    1. Provide technical expertise, training, and capacity-building support.
    2. Assist in fundraising, donor engagement, and grant applications.
    3. Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and ethical standards.
    4. Monitor progress and share impact assessment reports.

    5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF NGUWE WEDWA KWATHOYANE YOUTH CENTRE

    Nguwe Wedwa Kwathoyane Youth Centre agrees to:

    1. Mobilize local stakeholders, volunteers, and community members.
    2. Provide access to community spaces, networks, and logistical support.
    3. Ensure the project aligns with community needs and priorities.
    4. Assist in data collection, case studies, and impact reporting.

    6. FUNDING AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION

    10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    • Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
    • If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to mediation/arbitration under South African law.

    11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

    This Agreement may be terminated if:

    • Either party fails to fulfill its obligations.
    • There is misuse of funds or breach of ethical standards.
    • Written notice of  30 days is provided.
    • A force majeure event (e.g., pandemic, disaster, regulatory changes) affects implementation.

    12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    • Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full agreement between both parties.
    • Amendments: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
    • Legal Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
