Case Study: Neftaly Youth Development Programme – 10 January 2016
On 10 January 2016, Neftaly successfully delivered transformative case studies to 28,744 youth across South Africa in a collaborative initiative with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This programme aimed to empower young people with practical skills, knowledge, and inspiration to actively participate in social and economic development within their communities.
Through interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, and real-life case studies, youth participants were exposed to:
- Leadership and personal development strategies that enhance confidence and decision-making.
- Entrepreneurship and career guidance to equip them with tools for sustainable livelihoods.
- Social awareness and civic engagement initiatives inspired by Nelson Mandela’s legacy of compassion and community service.
