Collectively recognized as The African Territory.
2. AUTHORIZED FUNCTIONS
Neftaly Corporate is hereby authorized to:
- Market and promote Topak Power Technology products
- Conduct commercial sales activities
- Establish national distributors and resellers
- Coordinate importation and logistics
- Manage installation and deployment partners
- Participate in government and private tenders
- Represent Topak Power Technology before institutions
- Facilitate regulatory compliance and certification
- Provide after-sales coordination and technical support
3. BRAND REPRESENTATION RIGHTS
Neftaly Corporate is authorized to use:
- Topak Power Technology trademarks
- Product branding
- Marketing materials
- Technical documentation
strictly for approved commercial and operational activities within Africa.
4. NON-CIRCUMVENTION CONFIRMATION
Topak Power Technology recognizes Neftaly Corporate as the primary commercial authority within the African Territory and undertakes not to appoint competing distributors or representatives within the Territory during the validity of this appointment.
5. VALIDITY PERIOD
This Appointment Certificate shall remain valid for:
Ten (10) Years
from the date of signature unless revoked or amended by mutual written agreement.
