1. Meeting Purpose

The meeting was convened to discuss the review of specialist reports and to outline new meeting structures and expectations within the Marketing Department.


2. Review of Specialist Reports

  • Mr Nkiwane emphasised the importance of thoroughly reviewing all specialist reports before approving them.
  • He stressed that each report must comply with Neftaly reporting policies and standards.
  • Marketing Officers and Managers are required to ensure that:
    • The format aligns with Neftaly guidelines.
    • The content is accurate, complete, and properly structured.
    • The report reflects professionalism and organisational procedures.
  • Mr Nkiwane clarified that if a specialist’s report does not meet Neftaly policies, the reviewing officer is permitted — and expected — to decline the report for correction.

3. Daily Meetings Implementation

Mr Nkiwane announced that starting immediately, the Marketing Department will hold daily meetings focusing on the following categories:

  1. Report Reviewing Meetings
    • Dedicated to checking and approving reports.
  2. How to Make Money Meetings
    • Discussions will focus strictly on revenue-generation strategies and ideas.
    • No challenges, complaints, or operational issues may be raised during this meeting.
  3. Challenges Meeting
    • This meeting will solely address difficulties, complaints, and obstacles faced by the team.
    • This ensures that challenges are handled separately and do not disrupt other strategic discussions.

4. Rules and Clarifications

  • During the How to Make Money meeting, all conversations must remain strictly within the topic of revenue generation.
  • Any complaints, operational problems, or resource-related issues must be reserved for the Challenges Meeting.
  • All team members must adhere to the new structure starting today.
  • The objective of the structure is to improve focus, productivity, and efficiency in daily operations.

5. Closing

  • Mr Nkiwane thanked everyone for attending and encouraged the team to implement the new meeting structure without delay.
  • The meeting was adjourned at 14:20
