1. Purpose of This Training Guide

This guide provides a step-by-step training and implementation framework for NeftalyCMR staff to:

  • Access the Neftaly Staff Portal
  • Locate NeftalyP000-5-10 NeftalyCMR offices
  • Extract approved activities per office
  • Convert activities into an Excel-based Implementation Plan
  • Implement activities during Q4 (Jan–Mar 2026) in line with Royal governance

2. System Access & Navigation Training (Mandatory First Step)

Step 1: Access Staff Portal

Step 4: Open Office Activities

  • For each office:
    • View listed activities
    • Copy activities into an Excel sheet with the following columns:
