Neftaly Capacity-Building and Knowledge-Sharing

To strengthen institutional capabilities and support sustainable cross-border development, the Neftaly 21 November Joint Planning and Cross-Border Development Forum (NeftalyCSPR-14) will prioritise comprehensive capacity-building initiatives. These interventions are designed to empower stakeholders with the technical skills, practical tools, and regional insights necessary to drive collaborative development efforts.
