Declaration of Conflict of Interest

I, the undersigned, in my capacity as a board member/key personnel of Southern Africa Youth Project (Neftaly), hereby declare that:

1. I have no personal, financial, or professional interests that conflict with the objectives, governance, or implementation of the proposed project.
2. I acknowledge my responsibility to act in the best interests of the organisation and to avoid situations where personal or external interests could influence decisions related to the project.
3. I commit to disclosing immediately any potential or actual conflicts of interest that may arise during the planning, execution, monitoring, or reporting of this project.
4. I understand that failure to disclose conflicts of interest may result in administrative or legal action and could affect the organisation’s eligibility for funding.
