1. Objectives & Agenda
The primary objective of the session was to provide training on Neftaly reporting procedures and website management protocols.
2. Key Discussion Points & Tasks Assigned
· Neftaly Reporting: Bruno Langa received comprehensive training on the correct process for completing and submitting a Neftaly report.
· Website Monitoring: It was communicated that all corporate websites must be monitored daily. The team is required to report any irregularities or issues directly to the CTR Royal.
3. Challenges & Blockers
The training session encountered two primary technical challenges:
· Corporate Website Access: Access to the main corporate website was hindered due to the use of an incorrect email address.
· Ideas Portal Access: Bruno was unable to access the ideas.saypro.online website, which is necessary to complete the required report.
