Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 17 April 2015
On 17 April 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a Technical Skills training program to 12,489 youth in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This initiative aimed to equip young people with practical skills to enhance their employability, promote entrepreneurship, and foster socio-economic development within their communities.
The program focused on hands-on technical training, covering areas such as ICT literacy, digital tools, vocational skills, and innovative problem-solving techniques. By providing access to these essential skills, Neftaly and its partners ensured that participating youth were better prepared to navigate the challenges of the modern workforce.
This training formed part of a broader partnership strategy with NMCF and Comic Relief, reinforcing the commitment to empower young people with sustainable skills development, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to practical career pathways. The overwhelming participation and engagement demonstrated the impact and importance of collaborative youth-focused initiatives in building the next generation of skilled and confident leaders.
Through this initiative, Neftaly continues to champion the transformation of youth potential into tangible skills, helping to create a stronger, more capable generation ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
