On 25 April 2015, Neftaly proudly delivered a comprehensive Technical Skills training to 12,489 young people across [region/country], in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This initiative aimed to equip youth with practical, market-relevant skills to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and self-confidence.
The program covered a wide range of technical competencies, including:
- Digital literacy and ICT skills for professional and creative use.
- Entrepreneurship and business development tools, empowering youth to start and manage small enterprises.
- Practical vocational skills, tailored to regional employment opportunities.
- Soft skills training, including teamwork, problem-solving, and communication, essential for workplace success.
Through this collaborative effort, Neftaly, NMCF, and Comic Relief not only provided hands-on learning experiences but also inspired youth to explore their potential and create meaningful opportunities for themselves and their communities. The program reinforced the importance of education, skill-building, and mentorship as tools for sustainable development and youth empowerment.
