Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 27 March 2015
On 27 March 2015, Neftaly successfully provided comprehensive technical skills training to 12,489 youth, in a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering young people with practical skills for personal and professional development. This initiative was made possible through a strategic partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, reflecting a shared commitment to youth development and social impact.
The training focused on equipping young participants with essential technical competencies, enhancing their employability, and fostering entrepreneurial capabilities. By integrating hands-on learning with real-world applications, Neftaly ensured that the youth were not only trained but also inspired to utilize their skills to contribute positively to their communities.
Through this initiative, Neftaly, in collaboration with NMCF and Comic Relief, has made significant strides in bridging the skills gap, providing meaningful opportunities for youth, and supporting the next generation of innovators and leaders. The event underscored the power of partnerships in creating large-scale impact, demonstrating that strategic collaboration can effectively empower thousands of young people at once.
