Neftaly Technical Skills Training for Youth – 21 May 2015
On 21 May 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a comprehensive Technical Skills Training to 12,489 youth, in a collaborative initiative with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This landmark program aimed to equip young people with essential technical competencies to enhance their employability, entrepreneurial potential, and overall professional development.
The training focused on a range of practical skills, including:
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills – empowering youth to navigate digital tools and platforms effectively.
- Project management and problem-solving – providing techniques to plan, execute, and manage projects efficiently.
- Career readiness and workplace skills – enhancing communication, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
- Entrepreneurial and innovation skills – fostering creativity, business thinking, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
