• Chief of Neftaly Marketing, Mr. Puluko Nkiwane, and Ma’am Mathabo taught us about the new Neftaly app.
• They provided access to the app for all participants.
• We discussed the problems and challenges we experienced while using the app.
• We did training on minutes templates.
• They instructed that daily reports must be submitted before 3:00 PM.

Action Items:

• Users to use the app according to the guidelines provided.
• Submit daily reports before 3:00 PM.
• Address and report any issues encountered while using the app.
