Neftaly Project Implementation – 25 June 2016
On 25 June 2016, Neftaly successfully implemented a targeted youth development project, reaching 3010 young people in collaboration with the Culture, Arts, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA). This initiative aimed to equip youth with essential skills, knowledge, and exposure to the dynamic opportunities within the culture, arts, travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
The project focused on empowering young people by providing practical guidance on career pathways, professional development, and personal growth. Through interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and skills development activities, participants gained insights into sector-specific careers, enhancing their employability and readiness for the workforce.
By leveraging the partnership with CATHSSETA, Neftaly ensured that the program aligned with industry standards and current sectoral demands, providing a platform for youth to bridge the gap between education and employment. The initiative not only fostered career awareness but also encouraged creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurship among participants, supporting the broader goal of youth empowerment and sectoral growth.
The 25 June 2016 project implementation stands as a testament to Neftaly’s commitment to creating sustainable opportunities for youth and strengthening industry-aligned development programs in partnership with sector education and training authorities.
