Neftaly Project Implementation – 29 May 2016
On 29 May 2016, Neftaly successfully implemented a developmental project aimed at empowering 3010 youth in South Africa. This initiative was conducted in strategic partnership with the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA), aligning with their mandate to develop skills and provide career pathways within the sector.
The project focused on equipping young people with practical knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to pursue sustainable careers in the culture, arts, travel, tourism, and hospitality industries. Through interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and skills development programs, participants gained exposure to real-world industry practices, career guidance, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Key objectives of the project included:
- Youth Empowerment: Providing 3010 young people with skills and confidence to succeed in the sector.
