Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 3 April 2015
On 3 April 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a comprehensive Technical Skills training program to 12,489 youth, in a landmark initiative aimed at empowering young people with practical and employable skills. This transformative program was made possible through a partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief, demonstrating a shared commitment to youth development and skills empowerment.
The training covered a wide range of technical competencies, designed to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy among participants. Through interactive workshops, hands-on exercises, and mentorship, youth were equipped with the tools and confidence to pursue meaningful careers or entrepreneurial ventures.
