Neftaly Technical Skills Training – 29 April 2015
On 29 April 2015, Neftaly successfully delivered a Technical Skills Training program to 12,489 youth, in a landmark initiative conducted in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF) and Comic Relief. This program was designed to equip young people with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s dynamic workforce.
The training focused on enhancing participants’ capabilities in areas critical for employability, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy, providing them with hands-on experience and guidance from industry experts. By targeting over 12,000 young people, the initiative reinforced Neftaly’s commitment to youth empowerment and skills development, ensuring that the next generation is prepared to contribute meaningfully to their communities and the broader economy.
This initiative also highlighted the power of strategic partnerships. Through collaboration with the NMCF and Comic Relief, Neftaly was able to amplify its impact, ensuring that youth from diverse backgrounds received access to quality training and opportunities for growth.
